Returns
ClickandSaveGolf.com stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about ClickandSaveGolf.com That why we offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 day. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for Yahoo! Shopping, credit card fees, and shipping and handling charges (approximately 8%-10% of the purchase price).
Merchandise returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Merchandised and all other items must be in
NEW and UNUSED condition. Any return with used condition will be returned to the sender at his/her own expense. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (Must be within 30 days of purchase). ClickandSaveGolf.com reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all items not normally stocked. Special order items, custom orders and closeout items are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.Responsibility for all packages, including the merchandise and all items within the packages, lies solely upon the customer(s). Customer(s) is responsible for all packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged when in transit. Credit will not be issued for merchandise and items that are not received or damaged.
Should a customer feel the need to return an item, they must contact ClickandSaveGolf.com's customer service by phone or E-Mail(csgolf2000@yahoo.com) and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility. The returned items without RGA number will be refused or returned to customer at his/her own expenses. We recommend that customer insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEMO ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS-- The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

ClickandSaveGolf.com negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. To support our customers' shipping needs we work with the premium carriers (UPS, DHL & FedEx) with Next Day, 2nd Day and Standard Delivery options available for most items.
Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing time of 1 to 2 business days (for most orders).
Next Day - Delivered the next business day by 5PM
2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5PM
Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days
